From fondue parties to cocktail lounges to art galleries to cinemas, Programme 4: Make the Scene is an analog, local broadcast television happening designed to be collectively experienced in person, an immersive, wall-to-wall carpeted presentation that transports you to an aspirational world of tomorrow, today. With creator Rachel Lichtman, special guest stars, Rhodes pianos, complimentary matchbooks and more.

Escape to a groovy, aspirational world of Programme 4 with Special Guest Stars: Mike Adams as your Master of Ceremonies, Jared Cheek playing soft sounds & Mystic Moods, and Stephen Deusner in-conversation with Programme 4 creator Rachel Lichtman. The happening vibes start "After 6" with pre-show grooviness before the feature presentation at 8pm. 

Make the Scene will include a feature-length video presentation of Programme 4, plus creator Rachel Lichtman, special guest stars, talk show-style Q&A’s, Rhodes pianos, and more. Larger productions will evoke broadcast network upfronts of the 60’s and 70’s, a surreal sales presentation featuring a cavalcade of stars and the satirical UHF television and AM radio of Golden Sands.

Rachel Lichtman is a visual artist, comedy writer, and conjurer of groovy worlds.
Her work has featured a cavalcade of notable actors, comics and musicians, and she has
produced, directed and written documentaries, live stage shows, full-length music shows, art installations, title sequences and over four billion music videos. She is currently producing more deep-shag Programme 4 magic and figuring out how to
install those lucite stairs that light up when you walk on them.
