At the party, Karen's friends insult and ridicule Dr. Richardson's assistant, Egon, who is in love with Karen. Egon creates a murderous jellyfish mutant which begins a killing spree and eventually brings Karen to his secret laboratory in the swamp.
*Cicada Cinema is dedicated to curating a wide variety of films while ensuring a safe and inclusive moviegoing experience for all. Our mission to program underrepresented films can lead to screening films that may contain uncomfortable, disturbing or otherwise insensitive imagery and content. These films are as imperfect as the people who made them, and we encourage you to research the films we program beforehand to determine if they could be upsetting to you.
